Purchasing Tickets
Tickets may be purchased up-to one hour prior to performance time in person using cash only. To use a credit card, please purchase your tickets at
our online Box Office. Watch for great discounts and group rates available exclusively online.

Exchanging Tickets
Changed your mind? NO PROBLEM. We'll gladly exchange your tickets for a different night.
Just give us a call or drop us a line.

Expired & Unused Tickets
Should an emergency cause you to miss a performance and you are unable to exchange, expired tickets may be exchanged for a equal-value ticket to a future performance. NO PROBLEM.

We perform at several different locations, including the Columbus Dqnce Theatre, the Columbus Performing Arts Center, and the Riffe Center Studio Theatres. If you visit the webpage for the show you'd like to attend, you'll find the location listed with the address and a link to a map. Parking details will also be listed.

What to Wear
You don't need to wear your Sunday best to visit the theatre, though you're welcome to. Feel free to dress casually and comfortably for Available Light's shows.

Youngsters
Most of our shows would be rated PG-13. If you have any questions about content and suitability, please
contact us.

Parents
Please leave our
phone number with your babysitter along with information about where you'll be and when in case of an emergency.

Intermissions
Some of our shows have a brief intermission during which you can use the restrooms, stretch your legs, and enjoy concessions.

Accessibility
Our shows are always accessible by wheelchair and guide dogs are welcome. If there's anything we can do to make your evening at the theatre more accessible, please don't hesitate to
let us know.

Where to Eat & Drink
All of our performance spaces in downtown Columbus, very close to
German Village, the Short North, Grandview, and Bexley.

Latecomer Policy
Late seating is not allowed for most of our productions because of the intimate arrangements of our performance spaces. Please arrive on time. If your lateness is unavoidable, please see our
ticket policies.

Group Sales
We love to offer group discounts. We offer extraordinarily low admission to some shows for groups of 5 at our
Online Box Office. For groups of ten or more, please contact us.

Extras
Talkbacks
Several nights of each production will feature a talkback, in which the artists involved in the production will sit on the stage and discuss the show with audience. Be sure to check the webpage for the show you're attending to find the talkback dates.

Live Music
We frequently invite local bands to perform on our stage before or after the show. Be sure to check the webpage for the show you're attending to see if any bands will be playing.

Recent guests include The Whiles, Eric Metronome, Spanish Prisoners, Time & Temperature, Queen Mae & the Bells, The Lindsay, and Tiara.
